Dimple Fatchaline, ASQ Section 307 Chair
Dimple has been a member of the ASQ Princeton section since 2005 and holds ASQ certifications including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). She has been a part of the pharmaceutical industry working in quality control laboratories and various quality assurance roles with increasing responsibilities in the commercial area and research and development.
Dimple is an analytical and customer-centric quality management leader with experience developing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to drive compliance, efficiencies, productivity, and increase employee engagement. Core competencies include cGMP, complaints and investigations, root cause analysis, quality control, documentation, Trackwise, Trackwise Digital, project management, CAPAs, and work with the Code of Federal Regulations, with 21 CFR Parts 210, 211 and 820, ICH Q8, Q9 and Q10.
Rebeca Qualls, Secretary
Rebeca is a research and development program manager at Clario in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Rebeca has graciously volunteered her time as the social media manager for the section from 2020 – 2022 and is currently the secretary.
Christy Mazzarisi, Chair of ASQ Women in Quality Forum
Head of Quality (innovative and accomplished quality systems professional) with a broad background in pharmaceutical and laboratory sciences (specializing in business development) with R&D and commercial manufacturing (sterile and non-sterile) experience with over 15 years of industry practice.
Overall background and specialties include GMP & GLP, which has led to strategic management of major programs such as gap analysis and transformation of Product Quality Systems (PQS), SOP transformation and optimization, QMS frameworks, and operational systems audits. She is passionate about continuous improvement activities and consistently building quality into each area of the life sciences. Advocate and gala committee member for the Tourette’s Association of America, Advocate for Make-A-Wish NJ and powershift ambassador for entrepreneur Daymond John from Shark Tank.
Danielle Metzger, Treasurer
Currently the principal quality consultant for PharmaQ Quality Consulting. An accomplished quality professional with a broad background in pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences. Worked in R&D through commercial experience with 25 years of practice in quality & manufacturing, quality operations, quality compliance, global consulting, and business development.
Well versed in GMP with working knowledge of GCP/GLP frameworks for FDA/EU regulations and guidelines. Experienced in vendor oversight and quality auditing, quality agreements, CMC documentation review, and product disposition (including experience working with QPs), regulatory inspection readiness, QMS development and implementation, training, deviation/CAPA management, change management, and SOP development.
